Local authorities are now undertaking a big transport reform which one day in July 2020 will make all your print and online guides on the city out of date. The reform will change the routes of public transport, which means you will have to use new routes.
There is a very important warning for anyone who intends to come to St. Petersburg after June 2020. Ignoring this warning will leave you stranded or get transported to the wrong place. So you’d better read it carefully.
Look, how the St. Petersburg bus system operates now:
— there are public city-funded and city-operated buses routes;
