Restaurants of fast food giant McDonald’s in St. Petersburg introduced international menu available in self-service kiosks in a response to a significant influx of foreign tourists in the city.

Currently, McDonald’s runs 78 outlets in the city, with two of them located at St. Petersburg Pulkovo airport and four along or near the Nevsky avenue, the main tourist street and city’ thoroughfare.

Earlier, St. Petersburg’s subway translated interfaces of token selling machines in five languages, the same ones as at McDonald’s.
