Free helpline for tourists in St Petersburg

You can get essential information and tips for your stay in St. Petersburg both in Russian and English languages daily, the city government’s tourism committee has announced recently.

For getting information dial:

8 — (wait 2-3 seconds to hear bzzz) — 800-234-12-58

8 — (wait 2-3 seconds to hear bzzz) — 812-456-03-03

You can get an inquiry about:

— schedule of museums, theatres, and other entertainments and sightseeings;
— ticket prices;
— public transportation;
— walking routes;
— coming events;
— assistance in case of emergency (an operator will connect you with emergency services, your consulate and so on);

Besides that, you can leave your comment on how you liked your visit to St. Petersburg and offer some improvements or leave a complaint.

Call center operators speak Russian and English.

The helpline operates daily 09.00 — 21.00
